If the service delivered does not meet the agreed specifications, clients can request a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Note: No refunds will be issued for services that have been substantially used or for deposits/payments for time already spent on custom development work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
