If the service delivered does not meet the agreed specifications, clients can request a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Note: No refunds will be issued for services that have been substantially used or for deposits/payments for time already spent on custom development work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
